4. EXCEPTION CLAUSE

We reserve the right to issue a full refund if a major technical error on our part prevents access to the protocols after purchase.

In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, where performance has begun following the consumer's express prior consent. By accessing the 24H TO STAY ALIVE Manual, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

2. SUBSCRIPTION (THE WEEKLY BRIEFING)

The subscription is non-binding. You may terminate it at any time. To stop billing, you must use the management link found in your order confirmation email (received at time of purchase). Any billing period already commenced remains due in full.
